Only the details needed to provide quotes, book jobs and issue certificates: name, address, site address, phone, email, and job notes/photos you send us. For trade accounts we may record payment method and invoice history.

• To deliver electrical/solar services and certification (BS 7671, EICR, etc.)
   
• To send invoices/receipts and manage warranties
   
• To comply with legal and safety obligations

We process data on: contract (to perform the job), legitimate interests (running the business, customer service) and legal obligation (accounts/tax, safety records). We only use consent where required (e.g., optional marketing).

Sharing

Data is kept on password‑protected devices, encrypted cloud/email accounts, and reputable tools we use to run the business. Access is restricted to staff who need it.

How long we keep it
Only as long as needed: usually for the life of the installation/warranty and to meet tax/legal requirements (typically up to 6 years). After that, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Marketing
We don’t send routine marketing. If you opt in, you can opt out at any time.
