From the tools to signed-off certificates
At Westinghouse Electrical, we started like everyone else — on the tools. Years of graft as electricians, crawling through lofts, rewiring flats, keeping shops and factories alive. After that came the next step: becoming electrical inspectors and engineers, carrying out EICRs, testing systems to the last detail, and signing jobs off safe.
That mix of graft and precision is what sets us apart. We don’t cut corners — we’ve been the ones checking corners for decades.
And when it comes to renewables, we’re not newcomers. We’ve been fitting solar panels for years, long before they were splashed across billboards. These days we’re also installing EV chargers and air source heat pumps, with solar certification through Greenwatt Energy, an MCS-certified partner; Siall Ahmed is the Qualified Supervisor and Technical Supervisor for that work. Where export payments apply, the Smart Export Guarantee (SEG) is the relevant scheme, subject to eligibility and supplier terms.
Whatever it is — rewires, inspections, solar, or the latest heat pump tech — if it’s electrical, we can handle it. And when we leave, you’ll know it’s been done right.

What guarantee do you provide for the quality of your installation?
We offer a 10-year workmanship warranty and up to a 25-year manufacturer’s warranty. All of this is covered in greater detail in your consultation.
What forms of payment methods do you accept?
We take Google Pay, Direct Debit, credit cards, Apple Pay, cash, PayPal and BACS.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We’re NICEIC registered, with £10m public liability and £10m employers’ liability through NICEIC Insurance (AXA). Certificate on request.
